Apothecary Products Continuous Giving Scholarship Recipients Named

Apothecary Products is thrilled to share Ben Hunsader and Leann Luong have been named 2021 recipients of its $2500 scholarship program, a scholarship awarded based on students who show exemplary community stewardship.

Ben, son of Nikki Hunsader, Manager Global Planning, is a second year student at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities pursuing a Fisheries, Wildlife and Conservation Biology Major. Ben is actively involved in two community organizations:

• Camp Kesem, a nationwide community driven by passionate college student leaders that support children through and beyond their parent’s cancer
• Wildlife Science Center, provide kids of all ages an opportunity to attain exposure to wild animals and conservation

Leann, daughter of Jack Luong, Senior Warehouse Specialist, is a third year student at the University of Minnesota  – Twin Cities pursuing a Biology major. Leann is active in three community organizations:

• College of Biological Sciences Dean Scholar, a program dedicated to helping student be active citizens and change makers
• A volunteer student aid at Hidden Valley Elementary School and Harriet Bishop Elementary School, supporting student learning
